The Arts
Building was purchased in 1985 by IGS Realty. What started as
a fully industrial garment building has been transformed into a highly
creative spaces, making it an interesting destination.
The Arts Building was a pioneer in bringing theaters into
this district. We are happy to be the home of both the Zipper and
Belt Theaters.
We now have an impressive list of highly creative tenants located
throughout the building.
